Irene Dorner is the Deputy Chairman and Chief Executive Officer for HSBC Bank Malaysia Berhad. She graduated from St. Anne’s College Oxford with MA in Jurisprudence in 1976. A Barrister by profession, she first joined the banking industry as an in-house lawyer. Prior to her present position, she held the post of General Manager, Premier and Wealth Management of HSBC Bank plc until May 2007.
Mohamed Ross bin Mohd Din is the Senior Advisor of HSBC Amanah Takaful (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. He obtained the Institute of Bankers – Memorandum Part 1 from the Institution of Bankers, the United Kingdom in 1973. He joined HSBC Group in 1973. He has been involved in the banking industry at various senior management levels and brings with him a wealth of experience from within HSBC Group.
Bruce Anthony Howe is the HSBC Group's Deputy Regional Head of Insurance for the Asia Pacific Region. He obtained his Bachelor of Economics from the University of Sydney, Australia in 1978 and became a Fellow of the Institute of Actuaries of Australia in 1982. In the year 2000, he graduated with a Master of Economics from Australia's University of New England.
Dato’ Rusma Binti Ibrahim is the Advisor of the Employees’ Provident Fund of Malaysia (“EPF”) and a Director of MTD ACPI Engineering Bhd. She obtained her Bachelor of Science from University Malaya, Malaysia in 1975 and her second degree in Public Administration in 1983. She joined EPF in 1976.
Tam Chiew Lin is the Managing Director and Executive Director of Jerneh Asia Berhad and Jerneh Insurance Berhad respectively. She is also a Director of Jerneh Asia Capital Sdn. Bhd., Jerneh Investment (HK) Limited, Areca Capital Sdn. Bhd., KRM Reinsurance Brokers, Philippines, Inc., Taishan Insurance Brokers Phillipines, Inc., Generali Pilipinas Holding Co. Inc., Generali Pilipinas Life Assurance Co. Inc., Generali Pilipinas Insurance Co. Inc., KAG Holdings Co. Ltd. and IWF Holdings Co. Ltd. She joined Jerneh Asia Berhad in 2000. She obtained her Postgraduate Certificate in Banking Finance from the University of Wales, the United Kingdom in 1995, her Diploma in Applied International Management from the Swedish Institute of Management, Sweden in 1987 and Fellow from the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales, the United Kingdom in 1975. In 1976, she became a Public Accountant upon being awarded by Malaysian Institute of Certified Public Accountants and a Chartered Accountant upon being awarded by the Malaysian Institute of Accountants.
Dato’ Haron Bin Siraj is currently the Director for Scomi Group Berhad and Kulim (Malaysia) Berhad. He obtained his B.A. (Hons) Economics from University of Manchester, United Kingdom in 1968 and his M.A. (Dev. Econ) from the Williams College, United States of America in 1975.
Kasim Bin Zakaria is currently a Director of City-Link Air Cargo Sdn. Bhd. He retired from the positions of Chief Executive Officer, Director and Head of Insurance Group of Mayban Fortis Holdings Bhd. in June 2005. He brings with him a wealth of experience from the insurance industry for over 30 years at national and regional levels. He obtained his B.Sc. (Business Administration) from the University of Malaya, Malaysia in 1974. |
